What the trial is for
A trial is most useful when you test your own viewing routine. Rather than opening one channel for a minute, check the device, content categories and playback conditions that will matter after purchase.
Compatibility
Confirm that your preferred player works on your Smart TV, Firestick, Android, Apple or desktop device and accepts the supplied login format.
Your content priorities
Check the live channels, languages, sports categories and on-demand content you care about. Availability varies by provider plan.
Real-world playback
Test at your normal viewing time, including HD or 4K where available. Remember that your Wi-Fi, device and source quality affect the result.
How to request it
- Open WhatsApp. Use the trial button and tell us you want the 24-hour StrongTVPro trial.
- Provide your device details. Include the television or Fire TV model and your preferred player if you already have one.
- List what you want to test. Mention important channel categories, languages, EPG, catch-up or VOD so support can select an appropriate trial.
- Activate and test. Follow the supplied instructions, then contact support if you need setup help.
Your ten-minute test checklist
- Open several live channels, including one at a busy viewing time.
- Search for your preferred channel and language categories.
- Test a movie or series and check audio and subtitles where needed.
- Open the EPG if included, and check favorites and channel switching.
- Note any buffering with the channel, time, device and player so support can diagnose it.
If everything fits, compare the six plans by features and duration. If it does not, tell support what failed before paying.
