Before you begin
You need a Fire TV Stick or Fire TV device connected to the internet, a compatible IPTV player and the login details supplied after activation. Keep your StrongTVPro credentials private. A player app is only the interface; it does not include channels by itself.
Setup in five steps
- Connect and update Fire TV. Connect the device to your television and Wi-Fi, sign in to Amazon and install available system updates.
- Choose a compatible IPTV player. Search the Amazon Appstore for a player that supports the login format supplied with your plan. Common options include IBO Player and IPTV Smarters; availability varies.
- Select the correct login method. Choose Xtream Codes API if you received a server URL, username and password. Choose M3U if you received a playlist URL. Do not confuse the two formats.
- Enter the details exactly. Add the server or playlist address, username and password without extra spaces. Give the playlist a recognizable name such as StrongTVPro.
- Load channels and the guide. Allow the first synchronization to finish, then refresh EPG if your plan and player support it. Test several channels and an on-demand title.

Use suitable hardware
A 4K television alone does not make every stream 4K. The source, plan, Fire TV model and connection must all support the selected quality.
Check Wi-Fi, not only speed
Move the router or use a suitable Ethernet adapter where possible. A stable signal matters more than a high speed test followed by wireless interference.
Keep the app healthy
Restart the device, install app updates and clear the player cache if it becomes slow. Do not clear data unless your login details are safely available.
If channels do not load
Confirm that the subscription is active, check the server address and login format, then test another channel. If the problem remains, send support your device model, player name, internet speed and a screenshot with passwords hidden.
